Great rooms with Kitchens. Restaurants all around the resort. Wyndham is always five star.
The rooms are clean but especially the TV's are outdated. I could not even play, my PlayStation because they didn't have a remote for us to change the input source to hdmi 1,2, or 3. The staff was professional courteous and efficient. We were there for 4 days and did not even hear our neighbors or the parking lot.
Sedona is a beautiful city. I was invited by a friend who has a time share. The rooms and service were great, staff was very accommodating and friendly. There is so much to do in Sedona, I returned two months later. The location is in the middle of Sedona, with restaurant and shopping close by.

Large room with laundry. tub/shower and small kitchen with plenty of utensils and cookware. Suggest participating in their activities like fruit and doughnut talk on Wednesday mornings.

I was so happy with our stay! It's in a perfect location! This was the view from our room. The hot tub was perfect and romantic. And the pull out bed was so comfortable! 5 stars would recommend to anyone!
We were in unit 1112 and the view from our patio was fantastic. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening meals there. The kitchen was well equipped but a bit awkward for serious cooking. That and the AC was a little loud. Bring the room to 4 stars. Check in was typical for Wyndham owners. We were pressed hard to commit to a meeting. I have been an owner since Fairfield days. I didn't need that hassle. We had all our days planned and didn't fly 2500 miles for that. I wish they would just take no for an answer from tired travelers. We were able to do all our planned activities from this location.
